Jay Linde Joins Fluxus LLC Advisory Board bringing significant Financing and Business Development expertise

Jay Linde, Senior Managing Director of The Alberleen Group, joins Fluxus LLC Advisory Board bringing significant financing and business development expertise.

Jay Linde is a Senior Managing Director at The Alberleen Group responsible for assisting in the expansion of the Investment Banking business and management of the diversified industrials and Asia advisory practices. He has over 25 years of banking experience focused on providing capital markets and M&A advisory services to a diverse client base. Over the course of his career, Mr. Linde has raised in excess of $14 billion and has executed M&A transactions with an aggregate value that exceeds $3.5 billion. Mr. Linde’s industry expertise includes steel, metals, mining, building materials, and diverse manufacturing.

Commenting on his addition to the Fluxus Advisory Board, Mr. Linde noted:

Mr. Linde previously was the Head of Investment Banking at Glocap Advisors and has held senior roles at Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase. While at JP Morgan, Mr. Linde established the North American building materials practice. Mr. Linde holds an MBA from NYU’s Stern School of Business and a BS/BA from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business. Jay Linde is a registered representative of, and The Alberleen Group is a division of, Axiom Capital Management, Inc.
