Fluxus System is built on a highly innovative building technology unlike anything currently on the market. It is a new system of construction, designed to incorporate all the modern developments in structural and mechanical, electrical engineering as well as building materials as an integral part.

Rather than reducing costs by compromising living conditions, lowering quality or reducing space as with some of the existing strategies, the system resolves the issue of cost-efficiency with concise design, advanced manufacturing process, minimal wastage of materials and sustainable use of resources.
Complex building systems of engineering, interior decoration, and exterior enclosure are thoughtfully reduced into only nine standard components, each performing multi-functions. With a minimum number of components, the system allows for a much smarter method of fabrication and greater adaptation to automation.
Rapid Deployment
Further efficiencies are achieved through the speed of construction and reduced labor costs. It can be flat-packaged for local and international transportation. It can be rapidly assembled on-site, disassembled and relocated to a new site. This system produces buildings that meet and exceed existing building regulations and standards and has a lifespan of over 50 years.
Customization and Scalability
Adaptability and scalability are core values of the Fluxus System. It combines the cost advantages of prefabrication with the freedom of customization. The system allows buildings to be expanded and internal space modified after initial construction.
All non-structural panels are movable. With a simple sliding operation, spaces can be altered at will; climate control can be customized to regulate light, shade, breezes and privacy, providing a sustainable, healthy and contemporary way of living.
The system can be easily customized to residential, institutional, industrial, cultural and commercial functions, adaptive to various needs and environments, to resist natural disasters, such as hurricanes, earthquakes, flooding and other climatic conditions, while allowing for reconfiguration and expansion of a single module to form clusters, communities and urban development.
Building Information System
The system is further developed and implemented with Building Information Modeling (BIM). A cloud-based information management platform is customized for streamlined planning, designing, simulating, optimizing, construction using Fluxus System. It enables seamless multidisciplinary coordination and guarantees the integrated project delivery.
With the minimum number of components in Fluxus System, the BIM suit will accordingly have the most concise workflow and components, which lead to high quality database, ease of adoption and lean construction.
